Shipping policy

Freight & Courier
Freight and courier costs are additional to the product price, this cost is calculated at the checkout according to product weight/size and the delivery address/destination.
Items are usually sent via NZ Post/Courier Post but on some occasions these may be sent via other courier companies.
Some larger/bulky items may not have freight cost available, these would need to be calculated manually on on a case by case basis.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary on the product size/weight and destination, in most cases you can expect to receive your items in the timeframes below.
North Island: 1-2 working days
South Island: 1-3 working days
Rural addresses may take an additional 1-2 working days, this includes areas off the mainland such as Waiheke, Great Barrier and Chatham Islands.

Pick/Collection of Items
The pick up/collection of items can be arranged, however this is strictly via prior arrangement only.
Location for pick up is usually from our address in West Auckland and times will vary depending on our availability.

Delays
Please note that on very rare occasions, there may be situations where your delivery or order is delayed. This could be, but is not limited to any of the following reasons
- Incorrect or invalid delivery address provided
- Unexpected delays in the courier network
- Adverse weather/natural disaster
- Orders placed over holiday periods such as Christmas, New Years, Easter
